Great service and reasonable price. In addition to the AC repair, they inspected my 10 year old Honda Pilot and documented every item that’s wearing out with pictures, pricing, and an option to repair. Although I declined everything except the AC repair it was good to know about all impending breakdowns! After I authorized the AC repair they did the work quickly and even found a way to repair a leak instead of replacing a part which saved a couple hundred dollars. I feel like they did good work at a reasonable price. August 2022. The brake lights on my son’s Kia Forte would not turn off. Optimum did an outstanding job of diagnosing and fixing a worn brake light switch pad. I'll be back to these guys next time I need work on any of my vehicles. I can't say enough good things about this shop. Maranda at the front desk is incredibly helpful. She always takes the time to explain everything clearly and efficiently, and she does it with kindness and understanding. The mechanics are equally impressive. They treat my car with care, keep things clean, and get the work done quickly without cutting corners. I truly appreciate the integrity of this place. I never feel pressured or taken advantage of, which is rare to find in the auto repair world. Their prices are fair (often better than other shops I've checked) and there are no surprise fees. They provide full transparency, including photos of any issues they find, so you always know exactly what’s going on. It's always difficult to find auto shops that excel in both auto service and customer service, but Blue Ridge Automotive does both. I really liked their system to share vehicle inspections and reccomended services with photos and notes on if the service can wait or is recommended immediately. Unlike at other shops or dealerships where I sometimes felt pressured with a lack of details, I was presented with clear facts and photos that made my service decisions clear and simple. Pricing was incredibly fair also, I'll be taking my vehicle here for all my future service needs. Maranda and Hudson were easy to communicate with and quick to resolve any questions or concerns I had. Great team, looking forward to returning in the future! ~ Jason Z
